2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat. With the mixture at a gentle boil, cook for 3-5 minutes or until it begins to thicken, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and add the cheese, stirring until melted.
- Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
