Sweet and Sour Coleslaw

This recipe is adapted from a Weight Watchers Cookbook. I had some problems with this recipe as it was written. There were ingredients listed in the instructions that were not on the list of ingredients. So, I changed things up to make it a little more user friendly.
1 package of trio coleslaw mix containing, green and red cabbage as well as carrots
2 tablespoons light sour cream
2 tablespoons fat free half and half
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  1. Put coleslaw mix into a large mixing bowl. Combine the sour cream, half and half, white vinegar, brown sugar and salt together in a separate bowl until well blended. Add the dressing to the coleslaw mix and stir until well combined.
  2. Top with sesame seeds before serving.
