Step One
Cut a X or cross in the top of the peach (as in the photo above)
Step Two
Slowly lower the peach into boiling water, ignoring the screams of the peach, for about 30 seconds
Step Three
Place the peach in very cold water.
Step Four
I could not get a photo of this step because I sadly only have two hand.
Using a paring knife grab the edge of the now loose peach skin and slowly peel it back.
