Salsa Fresca

I needed to create a simple yet delicious pico de gallo or salsa fresca for our families recent burrito night.  I ended up making so many black beans for the buritos that we ended up using them for nachos, too. This recipe is pretty basic, but you could add some jalapeno for some kick or some clilantro.  This salsa is great on nachos or burritos.  Enjoy!

3 large ripe tomatoes
1/2 medium red onion
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  1. Comebine the above ingredients in a bowl.  Allow the salsa to sit for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to combine.  Serve chilled and enjoy!
