Grilled Garlic Bread

This is another way to use any leftover French Bread or other fancy loaf of bread.  I was grilling anyway so I thought I would toss the bread on the grill and see what happened....What happened was delicious. 

4-6 thick slices of French Bread
4-6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
garlic salt
  1. Preheat that grill until placing you hand 6-inches over it makes you say, ouch. 
  2. Brush each side of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with the garlic salt
  3. Grill on each side for 2 minutes
