5 fresh ears of corn, shucked and cleaned
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons fresh thyme
- Prepare your grill accordingly.
- Mix together the butter, cheese, salt, pepper and thyme. Rub this mixture all over the corn.
- Grill the corn for 10-15 minutes, turning often.
