Presto Pasta Salad

This is a quick and easy summer friendly pasta salad, starring pesto sauce! Tada! More basil recipes.

3 cups cooked rotini pasta
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
3/4 cup pesto
1 small can sliced black olives, drained and rinsed
2 roasted store bought jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve well chilled. Enjoy!

  1. This just reminded me that i can roast red peppers now that I gave a gas stovetop! This pasta salad will be a great recipe to try out those peppers.
