Guacamole

2 ripe avacados
1/2 ripe tomato, seeded and diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 of a red onion, minced finely
2 teaspoons lime juice
  1. Mash avacados with a fork in a mixing bowl and then add the tomato, garlic, onion and lime juice to them. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
