Swiss Cheese Bread

3 cups bread flour
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup butter melted and cooled
2 eggs, slightly beaten
  1. Move oven rack to the lower middle position and preheat the oven to 350°
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil and shredded swiss cheese in a large bowl and set aside
  3. Combine milk, butter and eggs together. Add the egg and milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Pour batter into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
