Wedge of Iceberg Salad

This is the vegetarian version of a steak house classic Wedge of Iceberg Salad.  I used my homemade Blue Cheese dressing, but you could use a store bought version as well. 

1 head of iceberg lettuce, outer leaves removed and sliced into quarters
1 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
8 slices Morning Star Farms Vegetarian Bacon, cooked and crumbled
cherry or grape tomatoes on the side
  1. Place the wedge to lettuce on a chilled plate, and top it with the dressing and vegetarian bacon.
