1 ounce coconut rum
1/2 ounce amaretto almond liqueur
4 ounces orange juice
1/2 ounce grenadine.
- Combine the rum, amaretto, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until the shaker base is ice cold. Pour into a ice filled high ball or other tall glass. Add the grenadine and garnish as desired with a pineapple wedge or strawberry.
