Spicy Asian Roasted Asparagus

I love asparagus and I try and use it as much as I can when it is at its freshest.  I roasted this asparagus as I have in the past, but added some Rooster Sauce to spice things up a bit. 

1 pound asparagus, rinsed and ends removed
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Rooster Sauce to taste
  1. Preheat the over to 450 degrees, and cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.  Place the asparagus in a large bowl with 2 tablespoons of water and cook it in the microwave on high for 5 minutes or until lightly steamed.  Remove from the microwave and dry completely. 
  2. Toss the asparagus with the oil, vinegar and rooster sauce.  Place it in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet and roast it in the oven for 10-12 minutes
