Low-Cal Cole Slaw

This recipe is my parent's standard cole slaw recipe only my mom began omitting the sugar and uses Splenda in its place. You would use the non-calorie sweetener of your choice, but we like Splenda.
1/2 cup light mayo
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 packets of Splenda
1 package cole slaw mix
  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the cabbage and gently stir until well combined. Chill and serve. Enjoy!
Serves 6, 1-cup servings: 59 calories, 4 grams of fat, 2 grams of fiber
