2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 hard pepper mint candies (crushed)
1 cup hot water
1 cup low-fat 1% milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 packets of Splenda (use what you like, I like Splenda)
- Combine the cocoa, candy and hot water in a large microwave safe container. Stir well and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir again.
- Add the milk and vanilla and continue to microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until hot. Stir in the Splenda and serve immediately.
