Light Strawberry Ice Box Pie

This recipe is often referred to a the Jello Pie. It has been passed around weight watchers meetings for year. I thought if frozen a little it took on the qualities of an ice box pie for a fraction of the calories.
1 Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 (4 serving size) package of sugar-free strawberry jello
1/4 cup boiling water
2 (6 ounce) containers strawberry flavor light yogurt
1 tub of fat free whipped topping, thawed
  1. In a large heat proof bowl, dissolve the jello in the boiling water. Stir in the yogurt with a wire whisk until completely combined. Fold in the thawed whipped topping with a spoontula.
  2. Spread into the crust. Freeze for about 1 hour. Move from the freezer to the refridgerator until able to cut.
  3. Enjoy!
