Creamy Balsamic Dressing

This recipe is from the Weight Watchers momentum Healthy Cooking Basics cookbook.

3/4 cups Greek style non-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon grated onion
2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. This dressing can be kept for up to 3 days in the fridge.
