8 large flour tortillas, warmed
short grain white rice (cooked with vegetable broth instead of water)
shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- Simple enough, start with the tortilla and top with with the remaining ingredients as they are listed above.
- To fold the tortilla, start with the ends, fold those those in, turn the tortilla/burrito (or actually the plate) a 1/4 turn and roll it up. Don't be gentle, it can take it. it should look like the burrito below.
