8 slices of Colby jack cheese
2 teaspoons of stone ground mustard, per sandwich
Unsalted butter, melted
- Preheat your skillet, griddle or sandwich maker
- Brush one side of each slice of bread with the melted butter
- Brush the inside of each slice of bread with the mustard and build your sandwich with the cheese slices.
- Put the sandwiches together, butter side out.
- Cook each sandwich until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
