2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- Turn oven to boil setting
- Blanch or lightly steam your asparagus
- Toss asparagus with oil and garlic
- Put asparagus on cookie sheet.
- Broil until begins to brown ever so lightly at the edges. Be sure to keep a very close eye on your asparagus during this stage. You do not want it to burn
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired, before serving.
